A: We are happy to assist you through customer service via available communication means (call / WhatsApp / email), with the order number clarified, provided that the product being exchanged / returned is in its original condition, in its original packaging, and has not been used, opened, or had its packaging features altered.

A: The amount is refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, then the amount is transferred immediately to your account.

A: When you wish to exchange the damaged product and choose the alternative product, we kindly ask you to transfer the difference amount between the damaged product and the replacement product.
